We coordinate with interested persons and parties

to assess the land suitability for various commodities.

We have provided reports in the past for

Realtors, Banks, Insurance Companies, prospective buyers and sellers as well as leasee's.

Typically, fees range from $1,500 to $2,000

but each site evaluation is unique

and can have added expenses.

We require a $3,500 retainer fee prior to

the start of services.

The amount may be negotiable

based on the scope of a project.

provides expert advice and counsel

for disputes and litigation.

Retainer fee is $3000. Billed in advance.

General counsel advising $300 per hour.

Depositions $1,600 for 0-4 hours,

$2,400 for 4-8 hours.

Court testimony $4000 per day plus all expenses.
